Axebridge Energy leased over 100,000 acres prior to the first commercial well being drilled in the Utica Shale. Axebridge has overriding royalty interests in over 100,000 acres (24,000+ net royalty acres) with current production over 2,000 boe/d of net production.
Utica Shale - Appalachia
Fossil Creek Ohio was responsible for the permitting and drilling of the first Utica well in the fairway of the Utica Shale Play. FCO owns over 20,000 acres in the Utica Shale with over 40 wells currently drilled and completed.
